K&J Solutions was founded in 2016 by Kerri and Jason with one clear goal – to make procurement better.
Not just more efficient – but more collaborative, more transparent, and built on trusted partnerships.
Kerri set out to build a company where teamwork comes first and people feel supported to do their best work. Because when teams thrive, projects do too. It shows in everything we deliver – from time spent on site to the strong relationships we build with clients, project teams, designers and suppliers.
Our core values – Collaboration, Honesty, Growth and Respect – shape everything we do.
Our leadership team – Kerri, Natalia, Claire, and Tracey, don’t just oversee projects; they’re actively involved in them. Every project has a leadership team member fully engaged from start to finish.
For us, leadership means supporting the team, providing clarity, structure, and the space to do great work. While we have a clear structure, we keep things open, collaborative, and down-to-earth. Our culture is built on shared responsibility, mutual respect, and helping each other succeed.
The Founders
Kerri
Kerri brings over 30 years of experience across accounting, project management and operations, with a career that has spanned private members’ clubs, manufacturing and the film and media industry.
Known for her practical mindset and eye for detail, she has built a reputation for navigating complex projects with structure, care and integrity.
As Co-Founder and Managing Director, Kerri has shaped the company’s steady, sustainable growth. Her commercial awareness and people-first leadership continue to drive K&J’s evolution as one of the industry’s most trusted procurement partners.
Jason
Jason is a Construction Manager with over 30 years of experience delivering complex MEP installations across luxury hotels, commercial offices and private residences.
Recognised for his practical mindset and collaborative approach, he brings a deep understanding of site dynamics and works closely with all stakeholders to find efficient, workable solutions.
His portfolio includes landmark projects such as the Olympic Village (both pre and post games), The Savoy, The Beaumont Hotel, Kensington Roof Gardens, along with numerous other projects throughout London.
His technical expertise and calm, solution-driven leadership ensure every project runs smoothly from concept to completion.

Natalia loves nothing more than planning her next trip and discovering new places. Outside of work, you’ll often find her at Northern Soul nights, or catching up with friends over good food and good stories.
As Operations Director, Natalia leads projects as a hands-on Project Director while also playing a key role in the Leadership Team. Alongside delivering project work, she supports the day-to-day running of the business – from HR and onboarding to team support and internal processes. She helps keep things organised, on track, and moving forward.

Claire’s happy place is out in the countryside with Maximus, her beloved sausage dog. She loves exploring walking trails across the UK and winding down with a fictional crime novel.
As Project Director, Claire oversees the delivery of multiple projects and supports the wider team day-to-day. She is part of the Leadership Team, working to improve how we operate and finding better ways of working. Claire also plays an active role in supporting team training and development, helping to build confidence and consistency across projects.

Tracey is a dedicated bookworm and proud dog mum to Pixie. When she’s not buried in a novel (preferably on a cruise ship), she’s likely curled up on the sofa with her four-legged friend.
As Finance Director, Tracey works closely with the Leadership Team to keep our finances on track. From managing cash flow and forecasting to overseeing invoicing and reporting, she plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

Louise is most content in the company of Fred (her DJ-inspired pup), good friends, and a bit of laughter. Her weekends are usually a mix of dog walks, catch-ups, and spontaneous plans.
As a Senior Project Manager, Louise leads some of our most complex projects from early procurement through to final delivery. She works closely with clients, suppliers, and the wider project team to ensure everything is ordered, tracked, and installed as planned.

Dan is passionate about Korean culture – from learning the language to exploring KPOP playlists. He’s always planning his next adventure and brings a global outlook to everything he does.
As an Assistant Project Manager, Dan is confident across all areas of FF&E and is our in-house go-to for OS&E. He manages smaller projects with support from a Project Manager or Director and also works across our larger ones – raising RFQs, placing orders, and keeping deliveries on track.

With years of international experience – including time living in Dubai – Tracy brings calm confidence and a quiet determination to the team. Family means everything to her, and she’s happiest when surrounded by those she loves.
As an Assistant Project Manager, Tracy, with the support of a Project Manager or Director, is able to work on our smaller projects independently, while also providing high-level support on more complex ones, handling project tasks, liaising with suppliers, and keeping everything moving from start to finish.

Karen lives on a smallholding in South Africa and cherishes every moment she gets with her granddaughter. She’s known for her attention to detail, gentle humour, and her amazing efficiency.
As a Project Assistant, Karen supports the wider project teams by managing our supplier database and handling PQQs. She also raises purchase orders and pulls together the VAT invoices and Operating & Maintenance Manuals (O&Ms) at project closeout – helping ensure everything is documented, signed off, and ready to hand over.

Tommy recently joined the team and is already making his mark. When he’s not learning the ropes at K&J, he’s on stage playing guitar in a rock band – music is his true passion, but PO’s will be up there soon!
As a Project Assistant, Tommy supports our Project Managers by keeping everything moving behind the scenes – from raising RFQs and purchase orders to tracking deliveries. His role is vital to keeping each project on track.
